Bug in tooltips

In the tooltip editing window, to get bold and then a space, I'm having to put in an extra space AFTER the word and before them </b>:

Code:

<b>word </b> nextword

instead of...

Code:

<b>word</b> nextword

to get a space!

On a secondary note, could you please make the tooltip editing window resizeable? Thanks!
