Hello I am having problems with getting the Show Desktop shortcut to work with TLB. In short it does not do anything!

The strange thing is that if I enable the MS Quick Launch Bar the Show Desktop shortcut works fine! But it wont work in the TLB bar.

Any help will be appreciated.

I have a bit of an issue too, but completely different.

For me, the mouse hover will pop the window open. Is this supposed to happen?
