Show info?? - why....????

Check the "TLB settings..." in the "Tips" section make sure that the "Tips Style" isn't "Disabled".

Secondly, you may like to make sure you have the latest version of the System Monitor plugin.

I don't have "Tips section",but my "Tips Style" is Ballon...
My System Monitor plugin's version is 2.0.0.0
My system is Win2K,TLB's version is 2.2....

I could be wrong (and I stand ready to be corrected!), but the new skinnable System Monitor uses the tooltip styles that Yuri has developed for 2.2.0.14 RC1, as the standard Windows tooltips have a size limit.

If possible, update to this version and see if your tooltips appear.

Other buttons do not have tips too? Try to switch into normal tips.

Other buttons have tips.
So I think there is a problem in TLB ver2.2 to show system monitor tips...
But I don't like beta version
I will install new version when verson is 2.3
