Icon Shortcut Arrow - Can we display Shortcut Arrow on Icon

Is it possible for my shortcuts to display the shortcut arrow on the icon, bottom left?
Just like placing a shortcut icon on your desktop. When you do, you can tell its a shortcut by the arrow on the icon.
