Q1. What is the file called namespace.fld?

This is an internal TLB file. It used to create Virtual Folders. Actually it is just shortcut to folder.

Q2. Does True Launch Bar track Internet usage? If so, is this information provided to third parties? Do you have a licensing/privacy agreement?

No. True Launch Bar does not track any kind of internet usage and does not collect any information about users. True Launch Bar does not have any spy modules!

The True Launch Bar licensing/privacy agreement is installed into the installation folder and is named license.txt You can see the licensing/privacy agreement before installing True Launch Bar at the second screen and you accept this agreement to continue installation.

Q3. Do you have a 800 tel # or a tel # that can be called to purchase True Launch Bar?

True Launch Bar uses RegSoft.com registration service to register True Launch Bar users. RegSoft.com allows products to be registered via Phone. Go to the registration page: True Launch Bar Registration and select the Phone option at the top of the page. You will get all the necessary instructions and phone numbers for registration.

Q4. If I purchase a copy of True Launch Bar and I like it, can I get a reduced price on another copy?

Not at the moment however we will try to provide this option soon.
