windows server 2003

hey im trying to install the true bar on my computer. i have windows server 2003 and i made sure in my services that windows themes is enabled and the style in windows xp but the bar wont pop up on the bottom. what am i doing wrong. does windows server 2003 support the true launch bar? it should right>

Windows Server 2003 is supported by True Launch Bar. I do not know about problems on this platform. What is your problem? I do not understand clearly. Can you post here screenshot?
