I think Mail Monitor should use the TAB key to switch between the accounts list window to the mail list etc as shown below.

This would be consistent with the action of TAB in windows.

It would also be nice if in the bottom pane, Ctrl+Tab cycled through the Source, Message & Headers tabs.
