Command Line v.3.3

Command Line plugin have been released.

What's new:
* Custom font name, size and decoration
* Added show command for alias
* Added history editing
* Fixed: invalid commands added into history
* Fixed: Font color does not changed when change skin
* Fixed: Format of pasted text is incorrect

There is just one thing, though. There is a large gap at the start of the Font drop-down box before the first font listed. Nowhere else on this computer is there any gap at the start of our font list. ??? Everything else seems to be in order.
