Sometimes (but not every time) upon startup we get an Explorer crash which reads:

EXPLORER caused an invalid page fault in
module <unknown> at 0000:00000000.

This is caused by our TLB but we cannot pin it down further. All the plugins started properly and display properly with no apparent bugs. If we close the TLB and restart the computer we do not ever get this crash. v2.2.0.18 RC3 & 98SE.

Thank you Yuri.

May be problem in one of plugins. Try to delete one by one to find what is wrong.
