Problems with True launch bar

ok i am a new user of true launch bar but i have a slight problem, evry time i try to use internet explorer to surf the web it opens another internet explorer up that goes to http://www.truelaunchbar.com/ .. i dont know if this is a bug or the program is meant to do this, either way it is starting to piss me off. any help is appreciated , thnx alot
