Uptime crashes eplorer on start

I'm having issue with uptime plugin. When i start windows it keeps login. I can see the tool bar, but 3sec after, i go a blue screen and it's starting to log again. If i manage to remove the uptime plugin from the tool bar, then the computer continue normally, and i can use it.

I have tested truelaunch bar on an other pc to check if this something to do with the hardware and it seems to be the issue. The other PC workes just fine

I have then again test with a similar hardware then mine, the result is the same: continous windows login.

Both pcs were athlon cpu on abit bh6 motherboard.
