[bug] Arange by type (or any other) not working

i DID use search but nothing related to my problem found.

Arange by type or any other criterium won`t work for menus when browsing files. I tried with Auto arrange option both on and off. In the screenshot i attached i`ve set the files to be sorted by type but they`re not. If i make a menu for shortcuts Aragne by.. works fine.

i also noted another thing. when using "Customize menu" and selecting the "apply to child folders" option it doesn`t stick. Each time i open customize menu it`s unchecked. I set the icons to arange by type but they are not sorted right. Also when they appear to sort correctly in some menus (folders) some files are on top of folders which shouldn`t happen or in other case, folders that should sort alphabetically don`t do it right (for example folder titled Pictures is on top of Icons, and it should be the opposite). I`m not using a pirated version, i can send the serial to Yuri if he needs to check it.

Thank you for bug report. I've reproduced this bug. In the next version I'll fix the arrange by type.

it`s one of few things that bug me in TLB, otherwise, best app i bought, EVER

I plan to release updated version during some days. This bug will be fixed.
