Maybe True Launch Bar needs a Wizard

As True Launch Bar now has many new optional settings perhaps it is useful to create a simple WIZARD for first time users to help them setup True Launch Bar in the best way. And also allow them to change things if they want later.

I think if after installing True Launch Bar a setup WIZARD could ask the first time user some options such as:

Run on Mouse hover Y/N - Default No
Show toolbar title Y/N - Default Yes
Show LARGE icons Y/N
Flat Menus Y/N
Transparency Y/N

Etc. Etc.

Of course experienced users do not need this but we all should think how to help new users become experienced users.
