I recently had a problem with my machine where explorer.exe was consuming 99-100% of the CPU.

After days of testing everything I found out that it was due to True Launch Bar. The issue at hand was I had recently changed my Start menu from being on the bottom to being on the right side of the screen.

When I did this I needed to re-organize the menu so that the frequently used menus were toward the middle. (Story almost over) In doing so I must have dropped a menu of programs that I had onto the "Recent" menu. This caused explorer to either hang by default. Or when I tried hoovering over that menu it caused explorer to error out.

I use Win XP SP2 with a Dell Latitude D800 1.7MHz+ 1.5Gb RAM bla bla bla.

Oh yea... I'm running v3.2.7 beta of TLB.

Has anyone else had a similar problem?

Currently 3.2.7 have a bug with ordering try to delete this menu and recreate it if you have arrange icons by last runtime or runs count.
