In version 7.3 64-bit on Windows 10 I set up a menu button "Programs" using the predefined button.
There is an interesting quirk though. I thought at first that some items were missing, specifically Accessibility, Accessories, Administrative Tools, Maintenance, and System Tools. They show up fine in Explorer at C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs, but in the TLB menu, Accessibility shows as Ease of Access, and Accessories, Administrative Tools, Maintenance, and System Tools all are prefixed with "Windows" -- for example Accessories in the Programs folder shows as Windows Accessories in the TLB menu.
Is this as it should be, or is it a fluke that will get corrected?
