How to prevent standalone bar moving to 2nd monitor

Windows 7 64 bit -- Display = "Extend this display"

I've tried everything I can think of to prevent the Standalone bar moving
to the 2nd monitor when it's turned on -- including Lock the toolbar,
Fix / Limit the size/placement, etc.

Any other tricks? Thanks
