Can TLB access the Windows 10 accent color

A TLB skin description file can use a Windows system color as a menu background fill or whatever. Is there any way it can use the Windows 10 accent color in the same way?

What I'd like to do is use the Windows 10 accent color as the fill for TLB menu backgrounds. That way the TLB menus would change color along with the Windows 10 title bars and taskbar.
