Standalone true launchbar will not load

I just updated to version 4.0 and now I am not able to load my stand alone true launchbar.

This is the error message I receive:

Only one tlbHost copy can be executed. Use 'New Toolbar' from the context menu to open toolbar.

This is my working eBay toolbar , and I miss it!

Help

You can run only one tlbHost instance. Try to see the Task Manager processes if there one more tlbHost.exe process.

Thanks! For some reason the stand alone true launchbar was automatically loading every time windows started up, but it was no where to be found on my desktop. I disabled it from automatically loading and it is working fine now. :o
