Just installed the Trial and there is no Toolbar in the Taskbar menu..

I just downloaded 7.5 Trial and extracted it to a folder.  I ran the tlbHost.exe, and exited that.  Also ran the tlbupd.exe but there is still no 'True Launch Bat' toolbar listed in the Taskbar right-click Toolbars menu.  

What am I supposed to do?  What did I do wrong?
