I would love to see a small monthly calendar developed. Nothing fancy, just one that is plain and simple.

Me too!
I don't want to use a desktop calendar (Rainlendar). A plugin will be very handy! When i want to verify a date, i always show the calendar in the Date/Time properties! Regards. mm |

um, if that screenshot is supposed to be in English then you misspelt December.
In the next release cycle could you add add automatic syncing with online calendars like google calendar? |

Any news about a release date?

Would be very useful. I would actually like to see this integrated with the clock plugin so that I can click the clock to bring up a calendar.
Outlook integration (e.g., linking to appointments) would be fantastic
