Mail Monitor - Refilter Command needed

I'm trying to create a script to use with Mail Monitor's Run Command feature. I could really use a "refilter" command to reprocess a mail through the filters.

This would with testing the script as well as making it easy to apply filters to mails that were downloaded before the filter was created.

Try to open the filters dialog and press OK. This will refilter the message list.

Perhaps what I should have said is that when the filters are changed or added they don't always get applied to every mail that I expect them to. I have tried unsuccessfully to reproduce this but I'll try and pay attention if it happens again.
