I just installed Vista Professional (Build 6000) and TLB 4.1.2 and am having issues with adding plugins to the TLB. See the attached screenshot...it explains better than I can. The weather icon is totally messed up.

Yes, I know about this problem. The new version of Weather Forecast will be released soon.

I'm having the same problem with custom skinned controls.

Is there a special background color my personal skin needs to have in order to avoid this bug? I'm sure it won't help my problem if just Weather Forecast gets an update.

The updated Weather Forecast plugin works fine without any transparency bugs! Thanks for that.

Can you *please* update "System Monitor" and "Up Time", too?
