Background like Start bar - ...would be very cool

I have my true launch bar set up on the bottom of my screen, separate from my start menu bar. What would be really awesome if you could make the background of the tool bar the same as the background for true launch bar. Or the same as the color of the menu bar if you are using flat xp style. check the pic
