Tlb not running under Vista

Ran install... failed program quit responding about 1/3 through.
Ran again as administrator and turning DEP off for it it installed.
Selecting it for taskbar crashes explorer with the program exe's switched to run as administrator. It also fails to execute when I go to uninstall it.
I enjoyed TLB when I had it on the TabletPC cant get it going now under VISTA. Please some assistance. Thank you.

Currently there are the problems with the DEP on the vista. So to use TLB you must turn off the DEP to install it and turn off DEP for explorer.exe at least to open it.
