New menu does not have "Seperator" as an available item.

How do I fix this?

right-click any button. If you click the empty space there are no "Separator". This is the bug. I'll fix it in the new version.

Does any work around exist that can be used in the meantime to insert a separator?

Yes. As you know the context menus are different when you right-click the button and the toolbar empty space. You need to right-click the button and you'll find "Separator" in the context menu.

If you can't to find "Separator" please post the screenshot of the "New" submenu.
