the plug-ins can not set the hotkeys

I use the plug-in "windows list" and "vitual desktop". However, I cannot find that how to set the hotkey for them. I have check the find the settings in the plugin properties. It seems that both plug-ins did not support the usual way to assign the hotkey: right-click and "Hot key" in the context menu.
