Mail Monitor diplays blocky icon in 48X48

When icons are in 48X48, any mail monitor icon looks blocky, and doesn't display correctly. I know it's mail monitor because the icons I tried all look fine when assigned to other parts of TLB, and also they are icons that were designed to support that size. Just a minor nitpick. Keep up the great work!
