I've noticed that if i add a title bar then add a shortcut or folder afterwards all the title bars completely vanish this never happened in the previous versions.
I am using the latest Beta and Windows Vista Ultimate x86, i have not had chance to try it on my Vista Ultimate x64 instalation yet so maybe its just a bug of the 32bit version.
I also have an AMD X2 6000+, 2 Gigs Memory and 8800 320mb GTS graphics card if that helps.
