TLB 4.2.4 RC1 Bugs (Language issue)

Hello,

Just installed this update (over TLB 4.2.3) on my Vista Ultimate SP1.

I found out that it was not possible to change language (to french in my case). Always english remains, any idea ?

Per info, I tried in on a virtual machine running Windows XP, same issue..

The localization from 4.2.3 is not compatible with 4.2.4
I'll publish the other languages and localization pack some later. Sorry.
