I think it would be helpful if you could add an option for how long you want the preview/hover time to be so that when you have a quick look at the RSS post, you can read the whole item instead of it clearing away after about 5 seconds.

TLB Settings->Tips
Set the option "Close tip" into the time you want the tips stay opened. Enter 0 and tip will be opened all time while mouse is over the button.
