In beta version 4.2.5 RC1 of TLB running on Vista Basic:

If when you right-click on a toolbar button and go to Appearance\Button Properties, the Button Labeler shows the text "Botton label" instead of "Button Label".

Thanks for the time and the fantastic program been using it for years... worth every penny!!!
