no song title

i just installed tlb 1.2.2 rc1 and the latest winamp plugin v2.4..i can't seem to get the song title to appear..what could i be doin wrong?

Open Properties dialog and change the layout to layout with song title.

i did that...it's just blank..
on all skins..
