4.2.7 RC3 standalone won't "Always on top"

Upgraded to the latest beta after a long period of using an older version and found that after the screen saver and having to log back in with Vista the standalone bar is no longer "Always on Top".

I have the screen saver set to 10 minutes and "on resume, display the logon screen".

Please can you try this version of standalone tlb. Unzip and copy tlbHost.exe into the c:\program files\truelaunchbar

If this version is not working too, please can you post the screenshot of your toolbar?

Normally TLB standalone bar stays on top but also doesn't allow any windows to go behind it. The space the TLB standalone was off limits to all other Windows.
