Up Time v3.0 released

Changes in this version:
* Improved Windows Vista compatibility
* Added x64 version
* Prepared for new localization format
* Some minor changes

hey, it is possible to add a new feature to the timer in the Up Time plug in?

would be nice if i could chose a music file for the count down (something like ringtone) that schould be played after the time goes untill the end?
