Clipboard Manager 2.3 "Cannot Empty the Clipboard"

This message a could see in Microsoft Excel 2007 when i trying to copy in clipboard, but not in first time. I mean when i try to do it once per session - all alright works, but when i try to do it again (not reload excel) i see
excel error message "Cannot Empty the Clipboard" and nothing are copying in clipboard...

I go to another program, select something and copy in clipdoard, return to excel and try to select+copy - all works, but only once...

Same error happens here with Excel 2003 and TLB 4.2
