Backing up feeds from the News Reader?

Could someone tell me how to back up my RSS feeds please?

I need to reformat my pc and want to back them up.

Drag the News Reader button on the Desktop or any other folder. When you drop it you get the something like "News Reder.tlbplugin" This file contain all plugin settings. If you drop it on the TLB toolbar, TLB create the news reader.

Or backup TLB via TLB Settings->General Options->Backup and restore after installing system.
