Can't undock the toolbar

I just installed the demo version of TLB but I can't unlock the TLB Toolbar from the standard Windows toolbar. When I click on an empty space of the TLB toolbar and drag it elsewhere, the whole standard windows toolbar is moving altogether with all the start menu, the notification area, the language bar ecc.
What next?

Edit: I noticed that if I drag from the title of the toolbar ("True launch bar"), the mouse corsor change as if I am moving the Toolbar but when I release the mouse, no matter where, nothing happens.
