True Launch Bar 4.4 not working with Windows 7 Build 7260!

Hello I just installed Windows 7 Build 7260 And I can not get True Launch Bar to open on the taskbar.

I get an error that says "Cannot set allocations"

Hmm... installed Windows 7 Build 7260 32-bit (64-bit is not leaked yet Wink ) TLB 4.4 works fine. Maybe there the incompatibility with some other software?
