Broken Links Editor will help you to find and fix the broken shortcuts, virtual folders and icons.
Download Broken Links Editor
How it works:
1) Run tlbBrokenLinks32.exe on 32-bit systems or tlbBrokenLinks64.exe on x64
2) Select the toolbar folder. You can type the path into the text box or select the predefined toolbar

When you selected the folder press Next. Broken Links Editor will show the list of invalid shortcuts or virtual folders:

3) Type the path you want to replace in the first text box and new path into the second text box. Also You can double click any list item to select its path.

In this example we found the virtual folders moved from C:\ to D:\
4) Press Replace to fix the path
NOTE: This is the beta version and it is not tested completed. Please backup your toolbar folder before using this utility.
