Take Mail Monitor by mouse and drop it into any folder (hold down CTRL key if you want to make a copy). When you drop Mail Monitor TLB will create the file with name some thing like "Mail Monitor.tlbplugin". This file can me copied back to the TLB and contain all data.

One note: Uncheck the option "protect passwords" for all accounts.

What file have you copied and what folder?

The Mail Monitor must be installed on new system, and you must copy/move file on toolbar/menu, hold down CTRL key to copy file. By default TLB creates the shortcut.

If you copied file directly into the toolbar folder then refresh toolbar.
