Mail Monitor v1.2 beta - updated plugin for TLB

Plugin Mail Monitor v1.2 beta has been released.

Changes in this version:
* Added context menu for accounts inside mail list window
* Added delete confirmation
* Added accounts highlighting to indicate new mail
* Added icon for account to indicate account state (ready, error, checking)
* Fixed crashes in some cases
* Some minor bugs fixed
