When adding the Control Panel to a TLB menu, the "Programs and Features" control panel is broken up into a sub-menu of apps to be uninstalled.

Aside from thinking that this is really risky insofar as unintentially uninstalling an app (or the wrong app), the actual "Programs and Features" control panel contains other options, such as controlling which features are installed in Windows.

So, how can I get the "Programs and Features" control panel to show up as a normal control panel item (which launches the REAL "Programs and Features"), rather then the sub-menu TLB defaults to?

Right click the "Programs and Features" and uncheck the "Expand folder" menu item.

If you want to keep the menu - you can just double click the "Programs and Features" to open it in Windows Explorer.
