Unable to use TLB on small laptop with landscape screen

Hi. I want to use TLB, just found out about it as the answer to Windows 7 killing off of the Quicklaunch toolbar, and its not letting me dock a toolbar on the screen edge. But I have this problem. My new laptop (with latest version of Windows 7) has a 13.3 inch screen, but is approx. 11.5 inches wide by 6.5 inches high.

I eagerly downloaded the current version, clicked on "Toolbars" on the settings screen, and tried to create a new toolbar. I couldn't do it because the pop-up window is so big (and non-resizable) that the bottom is not visible .

I also tried it with the beta, same story. I have my screen resolution at 1268 x 768, trying smaller problems makes the problem worse. Please, please make the New Toolbar pop-up window smaller or resizeable so I can use your program.

Please can you post the screenshot of your desktop with the large window. I'm not sure what window you mean.

Here you go. View this at 100% and you see my problem. I imagine there is a button at the bottom of that window but there is no way I can get to it.
