Voice Notes v2.0 plugin for True Launch Bar released

Changes:
* Added aero glass support
* Fixed incorect draw of the menu items
* Changed the visual appearance
* Now you can add as multiple Voice Notes plugins on the toolbar/menus
* Added the recording quality option
* Some minor bugs fixed
