I am not sure what has happened recently. I've been using TLB for years with no issue. But tonight my toolbar suddenly went missing.
I was running a separate toolbar on my second monitor, but it no longer shows up.

I can right click on the main taskbar, and add the toolbar and it will show up embedded in my taskbar, but I cannot get it to be a separate toolbar. When I right click this toolbar I no longer get the properties option that allows me to select which monitor to display and to configure the top, left, bottom or tight.

I can get to TLB settings, and see the main settings, but I can't edit the settings of the individual toolbars.

I have run tlbclear and it found and deleted a few files, but it didn't fix anything.

I Uninstalled the program and reinstalled and it didn't fix it.

When tlbhost is launched, no new toolbar shows up on the screen.

tlbhost.exe is running according to task manager, but does not have any toolbars showing.
I am running Win7 Ultimate.

I miss my toolbar, I hope someone can help me get it back.

Open the regedit and find the key
Code:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\True Software\tlbHost\toolbars
Delete the subkeys, this will reset the toolbar settings
