Can I get rid of the quick launch buttons?

I wann use the windows quick launch bar, and just use the True Launch bar for winamp and weather plugin....

is there a way to set the true launch bar to not display the quick launch buttons?

Also, If i start the winamp and weather plugin, I get one unknown file for each plugin placed in the quick launch bar....i don't know what these files are, and if I delete these files, the plugins will close....

and how often does the weather plugin update itself?

you need to Switch Toolbar into other folder.
Make new folder for TLB, then open TLB and go to TLB Settings dialog box. Click on Toolbars tab and create new toolbar, write path to the created folder. When all done press activate. TLB will switch to your new folder.

and how often does the weather plugin update itself?

In the properties for weather monitor you can setup update time.
