I use the Standalone TLB with Win7x64.
Since Version 4.4.11 RC3 the option Translucency in Toolbar Properties has no effect.
The Toolbar is always opaque!

There is no Glass effect like in prev. Versions

Do you use the toolbar color or overlay image for toolbar (TLB Settings->Toolbar->Colors and Fonts) ?

I had black Color Overlay.
