TLB Clock Plugin

Hello,
I have installed TLB and the Clock Plug on my Windows 7 64bit operating system today.
However, I am unable to resize the time numerical digits or change font colour [the relevant boxes are greyed out] as I used to be able to do on my XP 32bit system.
I don't know if this is a bug or not as this is my first use of TLB on my new operating system.
Thanks for any help or answers to this small problem.

The select the skin <default> to select the fonts and colors.
