Error in drag and drop for 1.2.6 RC3 - Drag from one toolbar to another

Windows Version: Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional version 5.0.2195 Service Pack 3
Shell Version:5.0.3502.5436
Internet Explorer Version: 6.0.2600.0000

Setup second True Launch Bar toolbar at top of screen.
Add several IE URL's to top toolbar
Click and drag URL button from top toolbar to bottom (or vice versa)
Button does not appear but random button from target toolbar appears.

When a bug is reported would you please confirm or deny if the reported BUG is correct.

At the moment I do not know if this is only unique to my system so I cannot continue to check on stability of current release.

Yes, I've reproduced the bug and will fix it in the next version.

I just checked back to this bug. On my system It is still not corrected in version 1.2.7 RC3.

Was it fixed ? or maybe it got overlooked?
