Menu suddenly disappeared

This morning, after a reboot, one single menu in TLB suddenly disappeared.

That means: The menu and his name is still there but any content is gone: The menu is now "empty". The icon is gone (now it shows the standard icon).

What happens to this single menu?

I'm a happy customer and user of TLB since many years but I have not seen an error like this.

Windows XP, SP3

Please check if it is True Launch Bar, right-click it to view TLB menu. Maybe you have now the standard Quick Launch bar?
